Not only do they post our jobs on over 25 sites, they also review every application (no matter how many jobs we have open!) and log every candidate in their client-friendly web-based dashboard. The R4B recruiters I’ve worked with phone screen qualified applicants and share those details with my team so we can make the most informed decision about interviewing. Then, they communicate with the candidates on our behalf throughout the process until we actually make an offer of employment.
