Every assessment includes a full benchmark comparison against top employees in the position you're assessing for, plus interview questions tailored to the candidate that dig into their areas of strength and weakness.
What do employee assessments measure?
Our assessments cover numerical, language, and spatial skills, work preferences, job impact traits, and personality behaviors, including motivations and work styles. Instead of a single pass/fail score, you get a detailed profile of how a candidate is likely to perform and fit on your team, compared against the benchmark for the role.
What happens after a candidate takes the assessment?
